Green Box

Today is the first day of sixth semester, two to go and I'll get my degree. There's supposed to be a mowning class but the lecture still goin on a conference in Bali then the class's been canceled so I decided to clean up my room. Since there will be a garage sale and I'm going to drop some stuffs there so I started wif the closet. Then move to the desk, and cupboard. Then I found something there. Green box that reminds me of the past.

Yes, that's my green box. I started to open the box and realized that each item there is very impressive. At the very bottom, I found the postcard. The first overseas card of mine that delivered by mail. Postcard pictured of tulips, flowers typical dutch. Furthermore, some letters with encouragement and consolation. The letters were also sent by post, complete with stamps. The others are sweater, mini lamp, little-yet-sweet teddy bear, windmill toys, photos, and several notes. I spent about two hours wif this box, and eventually I found small brown card. The last card sent by the sender. The card was written a very short message, one sentence message. The card said, Never thought it will be this hard to get over you, sorry for not replying your message.

Well it was the end. Actually it is not the end that I am expected. Whoever you are, wherever you are, just take care of yourself. You are one of the best ppl I ever met and you deserve happiness. Thank you, sorry for the differences that can not be united.

Ethical Issues

I have started to study Business Ethics two weeks ago. It takes three of twenty sks of this fifth semester. In the introducing part I've learned an important part that would be a based of business. In short, Even though business is all about profit but we must consider the humanity. Without Ethics there wont be a successful business. It kind of a package, Business + Ethics = Success.

Then, in the last session we were going to understand more about this quite-interesting-course. At the end of class, I sum up that Ethics is always be Grey. Even there are a lot of theories about ethics, especially in business sector, but nothing can guarantee that all of those theories will be said the same thing. One theory may said it is ethical, but the others will say unethical. We can not determine whether it is Black or White, it always be Grey. Nothing bad about Grey as long as we can stay in the right way. The point is, as a human, we should always do good things.

I think this course is not yet quite interesting, but hmmm super interesting :)

Hello

Well, I miss this blog so much like I miss the old friend in a different contingent. The last post is a day before my birthday and since that there were lot of things happened in entire life, up and down like Roller Coaster. It's already 2010, year behind was a tough one. Seems like the half of the story in that year was gloomy, full of sadness, uncertainty, and tears. Really tough and hard to forget! But now, I'm going to change it all. 2010 means new hope, new spirit, and better life. Have a good day everyone.

Good bye Eight-teen

Well it is 2.5 hours to my birthday, but I am not excited to entrance it haha. Sitting in front of my Portege, letting the television on without watching it, posting new blog, browsing the latest news, studying financial accounting for a view hours, going to fri's house, spending time with fri andre and bimo, hitting the (trafic) road.. hmmm it's quite nice haha.

Stunt Man

Okay, dari judulnya ketawan lah ya apa yang bakal gw omongin. Untuk postingan kali ini gw bakal ngomong dengan super duper santai haha. Stunt man, menurut dunia perfilm-an artinya adalah pemain pengganti. Yaa ga mungkin kan seorang Jessica Alba, yang notabene semua bagian tubuhnya diasuransikan, beradegan ekstream di film Fantastic4. Nah disini lah peran seorang stunt man (stunt woman??!) diperlukan, yaitu untuk menggantikan peran dari si main actor/actress. Hmm, pertanyaan pertama gw; Berarti stunt man = second person, ya gak?
Menjadi stunt man emang ga buruk, kadang-kadang lo malah bisa ngerasa hebat banget karena bisa ngelakuin adegan-adegan ajaib yang (mungkin) ga semua orang bisa ngelakuinnya. Tapi menjadi second person in a real life, how does it feel? It hurts, really hurts! Kadang dianggep, tapi lebih sering dilupakan. Kalo kata temen gw ibaratnya itu cuma sebagai pengganti kekosongan, ironis memang hahaa. Disinilah logika dan perasaan seling berkecamuk dasyat. Menurut logika, lo pasti ga mau kan cuman dijadiin pengisi kekosongan?! Tapi kadang-kadang perasaan juga ga bisa dibohongin, hmm ini lah bagian tersulitnya memang. Stunt man juga manusia, mereka juga pengen jadi main actor or actress. Sama hal nya seperti second person, mereka juga pasti mau untuk menjadi yang pertama. Menjadi yang segala-gala nya. Pertanyaan kedua gw; Apakah mungkin seorang stunt man menjadi main actor? Jawabannya sangat mungkin. Nah sama aja kaya second person, seorang second person (mungkin) saja bisa menjadi the first lady but it must be really hard. Adanya second person itu sendiri adalah sebuah kesalahan, kesalahan besar dan gw yakin semua orang ga mungkin mau ada di posisi itu. Nah sekarang tinggal gimana caranya kita menyikapinya. Being a second person is a choice, you can and can not be it. Need thousand times to think and decide. Follow your heart, use your logic, and listen to your pals's comments.

A Piece of Story

Finally I'm home, what a great time! Eventhough I don't have enough time to meet my mom and dad but I am so glad. At least I had a full day time with mom and tomorrow I'm going to have a lunch with my dad :)

People come and go. Each of them bring their own story. Some of them put beautiful memories, while the rest just ask you to be his shelter. Shelter means the place to hang on for a second and take a rest before go through another thousand miles.
Now the decision is on your hand, you have to decide neither you want to stand at your place nor take a walk and move on.
If it is to hard to say good bye, you better say see you next time.

Sunday and Morning

SUNDAY + MORNING what a great collaboration!
Basically, I really like Sunday. Sunday means a day to take a rest from those fucking things in weekdays. Sunday means family day. But since I move to Bandung and live far far away from my nuclear family, Sunday means a day to decorate my room, lay on in a bad with green bed cover, do some Dvd marathon, cook a meal for breakfast, and take a walk with folks or cousins.
Morning = Beautiful. I cant describe more because I really adore it.

I had a lovely breakfast in Parlour PVJ with one of the best people in my entire life, Mitsalina Safwah Sihite. It was sunday morning! (It more corroborate me to love sunday morning) We had a great time at that day. We had delicious soury pancakes and shared some stories. But one thing left on that day. We missed our two best girls, Gerha Jayamala and Menik Andhina Putri. Since we had a lot of task, we never hang out or sleep over again. I hope next time we can do this sweet things, for four!

I do something unusual today; wake up early in the morning. And ooohh it is soo nice, great! I take a bottle of mineral water, then walk to balcony. Take a deep breath, look at the orange sky and have a sit. Then my heart and mind ask my fingers to open this lovely portege and search for a song. Make It Simple by Ballads of Cliche is the right choice for this morning. Those things is very very relieving, try it. Do something different in each day and you'll feel alive.
